The name "Hill Partridge " refers to a bird with the same name. Hill Partridge Cottage is a bird's nest where families can spend quality time. Firstly, Hill Partridge Cottage is a heavenly abode for those looking for serenity and peace of mind. Secondly, one(families) should feel at home instead of a typical hotel. It is surrounded by the beautiful snow capped mountains. View from the Kanyal Vista and Rohtang Vista rooms is spectacular.The biggest plus point of this cottage is the homely atmosphere one gets which is not possible in a typical hotel. The popular Mall road is just a few km away from the cottage. There are plenty of shops nearby. They have also arranged permits to visit Rohtang Pass and Sissu in Lahaul District which was really unexpected. Final verdict is: 5 out 5 .

Lovely place!!
Location: the cottage is placed away from all the noise and chaos, surrounded by mountains ranges and trees.
Food: 5/5 for the food, home cooked and served hot.
Cottage: good and clean ambeince, loved the view from our wimdow.
Going to miss this when we head back home.
Staff: All credit goes to the staff, very friendly, always there to help you and make you feel like home.
Definitely suggest this place 😎👌

We were a group of 15 people, including 3 kids, who stayed at the Hill Partridge Cottage, located at Prini in Manali for 3 nights, from 23rd - 26th October'20. We had booked the entire property and I must say, we had a memorable stay at this property which is managed really well by Mr. Shubham Thakur, a young and energetic personality. Shubham was really attentive to all our needs and took special care of the kids and aged people in the group. They had also ensured to take all necessary precautions keeping the COVID-19 pandemic in mind and adhered to the SOPs layed down by the Government and the local authorities. Coming to the property, it is located just 2 kms away from the hustle & bustle of the main town and offers unparalleled views of the entire Manali town, as well as the Rohtang Pass.

We lived here 3 nights hotel rooms were spacious clean. U can View snow filled mountain from hotel .
Staff of hotel is very corperative
Food was awesome like home
I recommend all to stay in this cottage

I stayed in this cottage this Nov 2018 for spend quality time with my family and I must to say that everything was excellent and Cottage staff are very help full.Food of this was very Good and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall support was good from staff.Room is excellent and specially the Owner of this Cottage Mr.Nagi ji never feal us that we r not at home.... Overall Experience at Manali is Excellent.

It was really great to choose The Drift 9 hotel to stay, Room is huge in size really good and cleaning was on top notch.
Great service provided by Praveen Negi Ji and all hotel staff also food was amazing..

I had a lovely experience at manali with lots of activities, but never the less...I love the place "Drift9" a beautiful cottage just like home, very beautiful 'n' clean n specially the view from all angles of the building is amazing. I would surely prefer "The Drift9 - travel Zone" for my next trip again.

Beautiful place😍. Service is too good. Clean n hygenic. Very comfortable place after your home. Mr. n Mrs. Negi are very good at heart and took care of all our necessity. Overall experience was good. Enjoy a lot, nice hospitality, very comfortable, nice location and view from inside room, healthy food. I will highly appreciate Mr n Mrs Negi for maintaining the cottage up to the mark. I will recommend all my family n relative to stay in this hotel n travel in Manali with TD9.

Hill Partridge Cottage is the best place to stay in Manali. Mr and Mrs Negi were very helpful and friendly. They also organize trips to Rohtang Pass, Jogni Waterfall or other treks around Manali if you want to. Breakfast was also really tasty.
It felt like a real home away from home.

A brilliant place to stay when one is on a vacation in Manali. The cottage is quite good and has well-maintained rooms. The staff is courteous and well-mannered.Best part is you will get "Ghar jaisa khana".
Special arrangements were done for our anniversary celebration. Thanks to Shubham who made our trip the "Memorable one".😊🤘

After going through so many travel agents profile and review we have selected The Drift 9 for our Himachal Trip. We really appreciate the way they planned our trip which was beyond our expectations. So many complimentary kits provided to us which are ideally on chargeable basis like: Bonfire, Candle Light Dinner and Electric Bed Warmer.

Had a memorable trip with The Drift 9- Travel zone everyone was welcoming and very hospitable and the owner himself was very cordial and the staff was very polite and professional even the cab driver was very professional and was more of a friend rather than driver he guided us through all the adventure points ....very happy with overall experience.

The service hill patridge has given us was just awesome. The food they served was freshly cooked and the room was also very clean. The staff there was also very co operative and just a call away when you need them. I will definitely suggest this for your stay in manali. Indeed, it felt like a home away from home.
